Re: The whole "Foods for Blood Type" misconception!

Those of you who have read books on blood-type foods are being completely misled.

It may sound an attractive proposition, and perhaps a bit novel, but you have to think logically. It simply is not true.

The food for one elk is the same food for all elks.
The food for one sea lion is the food for all sea lions.
The food for one panda is the food for all pandas.
The food for one chimpanzee is the food for all chimpanzees.

And so on, and so on.

All animals in the wild are programmed to seek their own, natural foods. Given the chance, that is what they will do in the wild.

We, too clever for our own good, humans, are trying to "discover" something dietary that will answer all our prayers.

We are not brought into the world with a clip board, a team of scientists and blood-test results for goodness sake! Just like animals, we are designed to eat naturally. However we are so perverted in our diet thinking that we have lost touch with what is natural.

All fruits (yes, even if you have candida!) are natural foods for humans. We have the same physiological make-up as the ape and they eat foliage and fruits. They have the same gastro-intestinal set-up as us, and they thrive and survive on fruits and foliage - with just the OCCASIONAL animal protein such as ants etc. But VERY occasional.

Don't be sucked into this blood-type hype. It's attractive. But nonsense.
