Which Fruits and Vegetables can I eat for Blood Type O?

Hello,

Does anyone know which fruits and vegetables can I as a Blood Type O eat and which ones to avoid if possible? Are there certain ones that should be limited? Also does anyone have information on where I can find free juice fasting recipes?
