The following is from an old list, so more recent research may have changed the value of a few of the items.

Vegetables

Beneficial: Artichokes (domestic, jerusalem), Beet leaves, Broccoli, Chard, Chicory, Collard, Dandelion, Escarole, Garlic, Horseradish, Kale, Kohlrabi, Leeks, Okra, Onions, Parsley, Parsnips, Pumpkin, Red Pepper, Romaine Lettuce, Seaweed, Spinach, Sweet Potatoes, Turnips

Neutral: Arugula, Asparagus, Bamboo shoots, Beetroot, Bok choy, Carrots, Celery, Coriander, Cucumber, Dill, Daikon, Endive, Fennel, Ginger, Lettuce, Lima beans, Mushroom (abalone, enoki, portobello, tree oyster), Olives (green), Onions, Pepper (green, jalapeno, yellow), Radicchio, Radishes, Rappini, Rutabaga, Scallion, Shallots, Snow Peas, Sprouts (mung, radish), Squash (all types), Tempeh, Tofu, Tomato, Watercress, Yams, Zucchini

Avoid: Avocado, Cabbage (Chinese, red, white), Cauliflower, Corn, Eggplant, Mushrooms (domestic, shiitake), Mustard greens, Olives (black, Greek, Spanish), Potatoes (red, white), Sprouts (alfalfa, Brussels)

Fruit

Beneficial: Figs, Plums/prunes

Neutral: Apples, Apricots, Bananas, Blueberries, Boysenberries, Cherries, Cranberries, Currants, Dates, Elderberries, Gooseberries, Grapefruit, Grapes, Guava, Kiwi, Kumquat, Lemons, Limes, Loganberries, Mangoes, Melons (canang, casaba, crenshaw, Christmas, musk, Spanish), Watermelon, Nectarines, Papayas, Peaches, Pears, Persimmons, Pineapples, Pomegranates, Prickly pear, Raisin, Raspberries, Starfruit

Avoid: Blackberries, Coconut, Melon (cantaloupe, honeydew), Oranges, Plantains, Rhubarb, Strawberries, Tangerines

Juices

Beneficial: Black cherry, Pineapple, Prune juice

Neutral: Apricot, Carrot, Celery, Cranberry, Cucumber, Grape, Grapefruit, Papaya, Tomato and other appropriate vegetables

Avoid: Apple cider & juice, Cabbage, Orange juice
