Re: Maybe you feel like reading?
Excellent Kala, Thank you. Consider this, the taoists called the intestines our "second brain", thousands of years ago and treated the intestines as we treat the crainial brain. In a more recent article in the NY Times, neurological mds have published work on "enteric brains" or "second brains" in our intestinal tracts. The entire intestine is a "second brain" as capable as the cranial brain. The same dura matter and electron nerve transmission can be found in crainial and intestinal dura matter, lining and cell walls.
So many keys are out there. MH says we have 5 or 6 brains. The ancient taoists called the crainial brain the "monkey brain" because it made so many silly things up, and called the intestinal brain the "instinctual brain", probably our gut level reactions.
I wish MH would expound on our other 5 or 6 brains, where they are located and how we best detox and purify them, to activate them.
Thanks again for your post. It reminds me to treat the body as the temple that it is.
