All in a good cause

The flush didn't affect me a great deal, although I seem to remember on a couple of occasions that I felt some nausea which was a good indicator. I kept reminding myself it was all in a good cause.

Please visit the forum for more support and to tell us how you get on.

The protocol isn't instantaneous and you may not see any stones until late morning the day after taking the flush potion.

Precautions:

Have a bowl handy by the bed just in case you are sick. Having a congested biliary system may result in lack of bile to process the flush potion and if it can't go down it may come back up. This doesn't mean its a busted flush. I was never sick but occasionally people are.

The Epsom Salts can result in liquid diarrhoea. This is what the Epsom Salt is intended to do, however you may need to be close to the toilet.

The anus can become a little sore with everything going on so a soothing balm may help.

If you are feeling drained the next day having an isotonic drink handy may help.

That' my top four tips.
