You are a great insperation to me......I was going to do the "andrea moritz" flush. Do you have any pointers? Did you do a colonic enema(hydrotherapy) or anything before such as a kidney cleanse? I really want to do it next weekend I can't wait any longer.

Also did you ever have ultrasounds before or after your flushes to confirm the stones are gone?
