Re: Hair removal.

Thanks for your compliment :)

I call em as I see em. First off, do you use henna on your hair ? I'm not into hair coloring, but recently ran across three other sources describing it, so I'm curious if you use it. You can omit replying to this and I won't be bothered in the least. Second, I've fairly regularly peeked on CZ during my days the past 8 mos or so and always appreciate your writings. I've never seen anything confrontational, inflammatory, etc and thought I would mention this because I can't say the same about many others. Most often, your writings make me think a bit and I appreciate them, FWIW.

On the aluminum, you're probably the best data point CZ has on this. A calm mind, obviously intelligent and able to relate well. Chronic high level Al saturation is out of my realm of experience.

But it obviously hasn't made you mad, as mercury and fluoride have done for so many.

One potential pitfall area that metal-heavy people have is that they naturally want to get it all out of them very quickly. As a result, there is an inherent propensity to hit it with all you've got.

I think aggressive approaches can be a mistake in most cases, if other organs are ignored, especially liver. If you don't already have Sandra Cabot's book "The Liver Cleansing Diet", then it's probably worth the ten bucks and a couple hours of your time. No, don't do the diet, (unless you really want to), just look at it, and more importantly IMO, read the parts about how the liver works.

I'm against synthetics completely, DMSA, DMPS, EDTA, etc.. If the body is stressed from toxins, why add another un-natural molecule ? Seems counterproductive. Synthetics do have their place and time, I just hadn't found it applicable to me.

For aluminum, I think hi level Iodine for a month is what I would do, with lots of liquid flush, including a good dose of salts daily. Everything leads to something else. Example, a good dose of salts daily leads to necessity of restoring blood zeta potential with Z-water. It's not like one can do something and be happy with it, they must consider the secondary effects, like the Zeta destructive effect of salt water on the blood. Or, like taking iodine, without ensuring enough selenium / telliurium present.

Then again, once we hit about 40 and we figure were toxed, we want to hurry the cleansing, but if we do it too slowly, then we'll be dead of old age by the time it's out.

IP6. Have you IP6 ?

Always a pleasure Z.
