Low resource pool and limited feeds?

Perhaps we need to look at the difference in locations and what the limiting factors are?

In this case the pubic, arm pit and face all have superior locations and or larger areas of flesh to draw resources from.

The scalp is thin and will become resource deprived at a far more rapid rate.

Hydrotherapy would perhaps be one of the few ways of helping reduce this effect?
