Your advice was wonderful. I'm going to take notes and see what I can do. One thing I did not mention was last weekend I had felt so much better, besides the premature aging, that I thought I would eat meat and see if it would affect me, since I have not noticed a foul body odor symptom in a long time. I had beef and all the sudden I started getting really hot. It's a sign my body does not like what I'm eating. I used to get that feeling when I ate just about anything, but I've improved greatly over the years. Anyway, I began to sweat and I've been sweating the foul smell for days. Not as bad as it used to be a couple years ago, but it wasn't nice at all. So it took 3 days to stop smelling so bad. Plus I went home and did an epson salt flush 4 hours after eating to get the meat out of my body asap.
I plan to go back to meat the minute my body will tolerate it. Until then, I will take your advice and go from here. Thanks a lot :)
