two things. i think you need iodoral to really be effective for cysts.

second, it is the Iodine that does the trick, not the iodiDe. to keep Iodine in serum longer, break up the does into groups that allow you to take it every two hours.

for instance, if youre taking 100mg per day of iodoral, start your day with two pills at 8 (thats 25mg), then one at ten, at twelve, at two, at four, and then two more at six. that is 8 total and would keep Iodine in serum for twelve hours. just adjust for your schedule, but no iodine after 6 or so to prevent insomnia. i think this would be the most effective course.
