Re: fibroids and iodine

Paste in...
"r instance, if youre taking 100mg per day of iodoral, start your day with two pills at 8 (thats 25mg), then one at ten, at twelve, at two, at four, and then two more at six. that is 8 total and would keep Iodine in serum for twelve hours. just adjust for your schedule, but no Iodine after 6 or so to prevent insomnia. i think this would be the most effective course."

wow trapper...excellent schedule but there's no way at work I'd remember it.....my job gets way too consuming and busy.
I think for dealing with cancer though it's perfect.

My current schedule is:

-dump 3 iodoral plus other supplements down at 6:00AM (this is when I take most other
companion supplements plus my cod liver oil, Ca/MG and whatever else I'm playing
around with trying)
-take 3 more iodoral somewhere around 1:00 or whenever I get to around to lunch
-take 2 more around 5:00 or whenever I get home from work and start dinner or eat a
snack

I've not found a problem with taking Iodine late at night as long as I don't take too much. But I'm usually so tired from teaching nothing stops my sleep. Right before bed I take my vit C and Mag. plus some 5 htp. Don't need melatonin anymore. And I paint breasts or douche with Lugols if I feel the need...don't seem to need that either now that I'm at 100mgs again.

btw...face is starting to show bromide detox again...rats I'm getting the nasty little red dots. So i'm painting on sulfur at night on those too. And doing salt or potassium flushes.

So far this schedule seems to be doing the trick and I don't forget to supplement this way as it's all timed to meals. I've got a nice cooler I take everywhere with all supplements in it plus food in case I forget stuff in teh morning. Kinda of a pain to carry around but so far its' working
