Daisy4's report on the book 'Water and Salt' mentions a bath in a one percent (1%) solution of Himalayan crystal salt, at 97 degrees, for 20 to 30 minutes.
I hesitated because I did not know the quality of the Himalayan crystal salt we had purchased.
Then I did two footbaths in a similar solution, on two consecutive evenings.
The edema on the tops of my feet immediately reduced.
The morning after the second footbath, I suddenly realized that all anxiety had vanished. It didn't come back. I remain calm.
The most astonishing part of these results are that one apparently doesn't have to calculate what is needed, or what is excessive...osmosis through the skin tends to balance the minerals and deposits in the fluids between the cells...automatically.
