Re: A question or 2 about detox, pain and strain

Yes, I thought it might be my spleen (what does that do exactly?) or my pancreas. I don't know what pain would feel like from pancreas though. It feels like my diaphram, but I breathe just fine, it's not my stomach, and not from my heart or my breast bone, just like a radiating pain from up under my rib cage...like fat gets caught under there and is pinned and it is being squeezed and it hurts like heck:) Fat..maybe it is fat..I am fat there:)

I have to soak at night lately, in a tub tonight first filled with hot water, then soak in a tub with 1 C of Bragg apple cider vinegar, then cool water..which helped a lot. I am trying to go to sleep with not much luck since I broke down and took one Excedrine..I really felt I had to have it.

I believe wholeheartedly that detox is being felt heavily in my feet down to some of my toes, and in my fingers. I am pretty sure that the calf ache is also a form of detox..but what it's trying to clear out I don't know..maybe it's just poor circulation? I don't have vericose veins, but I do have narrow femeral (spelled right?) arteries so I was told once by an MD.

I'm waiting until Nov. or Dec. to do another 30 day cleanse, but maybe I'll take some of my Wormwood tincture for a couple days and see if that helps. I have the Vit C out and ready to use..so I'm going to do about 1500 mgs. before I try going back to bed.

Thanks for your experience..it sure helps when one is trying to figure this stuff out so we can find a remedy that will help.
