Re: Master Cleanse and antidepressants

The one thing that I know about Prozac is that a person wants to gradually wean themselves off of it, in a similar way that it is done with heroin addicts.
Maybe more important with prozac because it a much more powerful and harmful drug.
A user is not aware of this because of the numbing effect of the drug.
A person could think everything is wonderful, this drug has been so helpful.
This is due to the numbing effect.
On the positive side, the toxicity accumulated in the body from any drug is cleansed out to a good degree with the Master Cleanse.
As far as taking them or not taking them during the cleanse is a questionable area because anything extra added to the cleanse gets in the way of the effectiveness of the cleanse.
Some people take them anyway and hope for the best.
Though it is usually the opinion of many to get off drugs before starting the cleanse.
Its a bit counterproductive putting in toxins and cleaning them out simultaneously.
Though the reality is that the effect of the drugs will be sort of washed out if taken during the cleanse.
Either way its always best to be going ahead with the cleanse rather than not.
