the brewers yeast and garlic are a pill? Could I just do garlic and brewers yeast together? I've started giving him a little bit of garlic powder from whole foods... we'll see how it works.

a whole patch of hair fell out a couple days back (I posted about this on the humaworm site). I had him on pet dewormer...so either he had a whole lot of parasites (and he did have some black spots coming out of his pores), or it's the damn bugs (or something else in our environment, which wouldn't be a shocker since we just moved next to a huge river so there's bugs and pollution.

If you find anything about pumpkin being bad, let me know. I'll look too.

I've found he likes carrots but not cranberries.

He doesn't poop very much, though it now looks softer than when I first started the raw diet (too many bones). I'd be worried but he has a lot of energy, lets me palpate his abdomen with no problem (to check for any blockages--- I'm an amateur but there don't seem to be any), and still eats. -shrug- Tweet
