I suspect that DB was told there had to have been a 'trigger', and that he then could only assume it was the Humaworm.

DB is a very intelligent young man, and he is following his doctor's guidance...while at the same time determined to alleviate his symptoms and, hopefully, the condition itself.

All of us want to see him well, and take up his life once more...and we all would contribute to DB's complete recovery, if only we knew how.

I think we do know how, deep inside, but can't yet tell him exactly, verbally. Our 'expertise' lies in supporting and caring...and we are very, very good at those.

That's why we are here. That's why R.G. is here.

Somehow we are drawn to help where we are needed.

It is our goodwill that is needed most of all...just as we support and care about each other.

Our suggestions will 'resonate' with DB, or not. What 'resonates' with him is up to him, entirely, but our goodwill is up to us.

And, our goodwill helps DB find what he, himself, needs...by opening the doors of his mind and spirit.

That's how it works.
