hey i can see what your saying.. and have been aware of it for awhile.
but in all honesty, 'synthetic' vitamin and mineral supplementation has proven to be succesfull quite a few times already. are all those studies %¤#&!§-? are all those experiences and testimonials from healthcare professionals wrong? i do not believe that to be the case
its always a better alternative than 'real' medication, aint it? im somewhat at a neutral point here because i have a hard time discarding what i have been reading all these years on the net (and i have spent some time on there)
im all for real human foods, as far as it is a possible thing to do. but in some cases it might be a 'better than nothing' solution
I agree with you people need to go back to the 'core' values of eating and (ESPECIALLY) spiritual/physical health in general, else its nothing more than a tiny compensation/bandaid for crappy habits
