These days I'm finished using Lugols for now. I feel that it did the job it was suppose to do and now I'm using kelp and staying alkaline. I can always go back to Lugols if I feel a need to flush out more bad halogens. I'm doing very well at this time.

My Faith carries me :), and my research is continuing. I'm having quite a time moving that acid out.. My UpH was at 5.5 when I started.
