Going over to read what is at the Iodine Supplementation Forum is really a good choice, and you'll find actual people posting daily on their experiences with Iodine and also, you'll get answeres quicker.

I hope you will give Iodine a try, I've been using Lugol's for a couple months, have been on Dr. prescribed thyroid meds for 31 years, and just got off them totally 2 weeks ago! I love the Iodine and what it's doing for me, much more than the meds ever did that's for sure!
