Re: more thoughts on diet and iodine

OMG, I LOVE sweet potatoes - I could live on them, too!

I would assume that most grains would be a winter thang, but - I gotta find out when the thyroid cells regenerate.

Tis all very interesting....

OH, I'm doing a

"heavy-duty general cleanse" over the next two weeks

then a "liver detox"

then a "kidney detox"

then a "lung cleanse"

then a "breast cleanse" - I'm like, "breast cleanse"?

And of course, the whole time I'll be rebalancing what is "off"

(my calcium/magnesium levels - mag is too low - and my salt/potassium levels, potassium's too low)

make sense? He's also got me on EPA/DHA oils and chlorophyll.

Yes, I trust the guy - implicitly. He even laughs at my jokes and gives me hugs. He's got a beautiful wife (and aunt) who help him in the office and four adorable children. He's one of the good guys. He helps the Amish community, too.

He put me on the "heavier-duty" cleanse (as opposed to the milder one) because I "need it" and he thought I "could handle it" due to the fast I did earlier in the year. He said that he's supposed to tell me not to expect anything dramatic for a whole year, but he really believed that I'd be one who'd see some dramatic change within four months.

Time will tell.

I am excited.
