Just make sure you're eating FISH, without all the extra crap you can eat fish with! IOW, don't bread it and fry it...

Isn't "tilapia" a type of "home-grown" fish that doesn't have mercury in it? Should probably check into that. Personally, I like sardines. They're little, so have less mercury than the big guys. I have personally had issues with getting sick over fish, so I can only consume canned fish without getting sick (tuna, salmon, sardines)
