Re: Vegetarians and the O?

When I first heard of this diet Pinto Beans (my favorite) were recommended. Then I ordered a booklet to take with me when I ate out and Pinto Beans were demoted to neutral, now, I understand they are an avoid. I still eat Pintos and have not had problems.

According to the book type Os tend to have thyroid problems. There is a forum on Curezone called Iodine Supplementation by the VWT Team (do not confuse this with the Iodine support forum, which is run by different people) One of the forum owners is called TrapperKCMO. He is also a type O who has dealt with a lot of health problems and has overcome many of them. Why not go over there and ask his advice on diet, Iodine and heavy metal detox.

As I said, you can use this diet as a starting point, but you may need to make some adjustments to meet your needs and beliefs.
