--Sodium /Potassium Ratios--Calcium--Relax or Tense--WHY--
Hi Liberam,
Your question: It seems that calcium and magnesium synergy is extremely important to the synergy of sodium and potassium. Why is that?
Answer: Calcium and Magnesium are needed by the body for many Different operations thru-out the Bones and Tissues !
But, may be needed in higher amounts in the Bone structure ?
The Tissue and Organs on the other hand may be in higher amounts in the Sodium and Potassium ?
"WHY" may this be ?
The Tissue and Organs are both Flesh which is constantly in a state of flux, or may we say change ?
The Bones are more stable and may be where the main Reserves of some major Alkaline Minerals may be stored, like Calcium ?
The Cells in the Tissue and Organs may Live and Die in connection with the Different Osmotic Pressures, which they may be subjected to ?
Sodium and Potassium may be what does the controlling of the Osmotic Pressure in the Cells ?
And the Different ratios between the Sodium to Potassium may be what may determine if the cells retain moisture or Lose their moisture ?
Sodium may Cause the cells to retain their moisture to the inside of themself ?
Whereas the Potassium may Cause the cells to Lose the moisture to the outside of the cell structure ?
This is based upon ,which of the Sodium or Potassium is of the Greater amount, which may Determine what takes place !
If you do a search about Sodium and Potassium on this forum, you may find many Different posts where I have tried to explain these processes ?
Smile Tis your choice.
