--Sodium /Potassium Ratios--Calcium--Relax or Tense--

Hi Liberam,

Your question: I lack sleep because my body is too tense.

Answer: The body muscles may not be able to Relax when they become too Acidic !

The Alkaline Mineral needed more by weight and Volumne may be Calcium, to provide the muscles to be able to Relax ?

Once one has enough Calcium, then one needs to have the correct ratio of Sodium to Potassuium !

This correct ratio of Sodium to Potassium may be provided Naturally, if we are able to eat In Season Quality foods !

For the same Fruit or Vegetable grown in Hot weather has more Potassium in it, than when this same Fruit or Vegetable is grown in Colder weather !

We need to eat foods grown in Hot weather when we are in Hot weather !

We need to eat foods grown in Colder weather when we are in Colder weather !

This may Solve most of the problem of having the correct ratios needed of Sodium to Potassium ?

But, if you are too Tense at nite, thus preventing good Restful Sleep, then it may be from a shortage of Calcium 1st, then not enough Natural Sodium 2nd in the correct ratio to the amount of Potassium ?

For Emergency cases, one may add one teaspoonful of baking soda to the Alkalizing Drink to bump your sodium levels up, until you may find foods which may supply you the sodium naturally or find , which foods contain too much Potassium and stop eating so much of them !

And make sure you take a small pinch of Epsom salt with each meal to help get rid of the Excess NPN in your body !

For too much NPN may Cause the body to become too Acidic and thus Cause the muscles to Tense up !

Smile Tis your choice.
