There is a test to check heavy metals; I was shocked to find out I had a toxic amount of aluminum in my system. The cure is chelation, an i.v. that leaches all heavy metals from your body. I had the "fog" for a long time, not knowing what was wrong with me! However, it didn't do anything for my acne.
