I know nothing well enough to advise you, but I have been where you are and thought I'd just say that R.G. knows his herbs very, very well, and, if he had any doubts, he would say so, quick as a wink.
Always, a person must choose for themselves, of course. The opinions of others are just that...opinions, but they are worth a lot of consideration when they come from people who always tell when they have doubts.

I couldn't help speaking up because in 1980 I had surgery without benefit of the correct prior diagnosis. I made it through without having to go on continuing meds, thank goodness. The transfusions before surgery were quite enough to endure, especially when I hadn't a clue what was happening.
I got into my predicament by NOT yelling that I was in pain. I tried to behave like a lady. Little did I know that pain was the ONLY symptom they would have recognized.
You are very brave.
Keep reading, dear Moonie...and consult with doctors until you find at least one who inspires your confidence. But, DO YELL, won't you, please?
