Head games on wellness forums are a bad mix...

The head games that are played on these forums, especially the iodine, are enough to make me sick. Lugols is not the best form of Iodine and they know it, there are much better and safer forms of iodine, but they will continue to promote Lugols because they are stubborn and pigheaded and don't want to admit their wrong!!!

Note that they never answer my posts on different Iodine forms; they read them, but they don't dare shed light on them. Fact is, they know that Lugols is not the best form, just the cheapest and easiest to make!!!

It's a shame really because people are missing out on a real opportunity to get well much faster with these safer Iodine forms.
