A thought, maybe with not much merit but what the heck. I think much of this stuff may be emotional, but part may have physical roots for some of us. I've read of different things that have helped physical cravings, such as Iodine supplementation or parasite eradication. Have you experimented with that type of stuff?
As for the emotional part, I wonder if you might be interested in a book called "Through Time Into Healing"... you'd have to read the beginning to get the context of it all (or read the first book, Many Lives, Many Masters which is fabulous), but Through Time Into Healing has a whole new take on eating disorders. It is brief but within the context of the rest of the book makes sense. Something you may want to investigate in your quest to be whole. Maybe it will mean something to you. Good luck!
