O/T price of fillings

I just checked my bill, my dentist is not "cheap".
It seems it goes by surfaces, so may be your tooth might have only 2 surfaces.
4 surfaces is $313 (posterior)
3 " " $271 (posterior)
2 " " $192 (anterior)

This is all I have done so far, 8 teeth.

Replacement crown, porcelain/ceramic is $1234

These prices are only guaranteed for 2007 :)

You might be able to find a cheaper place, but at least I would think this "might" be the maximum. It depends a lot where you live.
