Thanks, I saw my post last week has been viewed well over 100 times. Being a man and hearing my girlfriend say she wanted to have a hysterocmy scared the crap out of me. I knew enough to know I needed to search this out and when I came across this video not really knowing the ramifications then at that point scaring the crap out of me didnt even touch the issue. I was horrified. When I showed her the video she also had no idea of the consequences which in my mind made me feel like doctors make very little attempt to really give thier patients all the statistics. This is one video that I believe every person should see before they reach the age of having sex. Its so important to protect ones health to prevent having this surgery. If one is not informed early on in life then how can one make life long decisions to protect ones health. I did go to the Hersfoundation website and to find out that 98% of all surgerys were unnessary that really left me with an empty feeling towards our health care industry.
