Easier way to deal with this...
Hi there,
Not sure if you got help for this but honestly your best bet is skipping all the 'natural' hurdles to possibly cleanse yourself of
parasites and either try to get medicine over the counter in the US with or without a doctor (they're pretty clueless), or buy a cheap ticket to a border town (Mexico) - San Diego/Tijuana, outside of Yuma/Algodones where you can easily cross the border walking and buy over the counter and walk back out after a day of shopping and sight-seeing. Boom. Done. Pick up extra just in case, for the future.
parasites are a part of life in many countries and nothing to get freaked out over. They exist. We can get them. Most people do a once/twice yearly
parasite cleanse using 'albendazol/mebendazol' which is good for roundworm, hookworm, pinworm, giardia etc. Research online to find dosages and learn more and simply put it on paper with generic name or translate into Spanish, am sure you can get across "parasites" and most people speak English. Use google translate if you have in your research.
Am not trying to knock the natural way of 'cure' but there are drugs that will effectively take care of the issue for basically pennies instead of jumping through elaborate dietary hoops and $$$. Your liver is durable and none of these drugs is going to debilitate you or make you even feel 'different' - except you will be taking care of the problem for good. You'd probably save yourself grief and come out even on a plane ticket and a day spent over the border compared to brewing concoctions and doing endless fasts etc. Most pills are one dose with another dose in 15 days. Otherwise, nothing more than 5 days - usually for giardia, depending the brand, mg, and if child or adult/body weight etc. This is not rocket science.
I come from a country where getting
parasites is common and not the end of the world. You walk into a pharmacy, ask for your drugs, walk out. Take them. Done. End of story.
