Can the Sun make liver spots permanent?
I have adrenal fatigue, a kidney Jing deficiency, a vitamin d deficiency, tooth decay, possible zinc copper imbalance. will small short periods of healthy (usually morning or dusk) sun make my liver spots permanent?

  Hi sorry to hear of all your health problems but hopefully I can help regards your liver spots. I had 3 liver spots on the right side of my face and read an article by Andreas Moritz where he said that 'on the right side of your face' they are linked with gallstones and when you clear your gallstones with the liver flush they will slowly diminish. I must admit that I was very wary that this would happen but as I had been diagnosed as having multiple small gallstones in my gallbladder I had no choice (as I didn't want my gallbladder removed) but to do the Liver Flush until I could become more healthy so I must admit the Liver spots were secondary on my worries list.
  
  In my case, after 3 years of Liver flushing every month the Liver spots DID slowly disappear!!
  
  Hopefully you will be able to gain your health well enough to follow the Liver Flush and can I suggest you ensure that you use the exact instructions of either Hulda Clarke or Andreas Moritz as it would appear that many on this site seem to think they can do it their own way and then put questions or statements on here saying that it doesn't work. Believe me it works. It has given myself 65 years and my husband 72 years extra energy and less visits to the doctor for prescriptive drugs(UK free to the over 60's) and also a happy healthy existence to have lots of fun.

After re-reading your original query may I firstly say that yes you should go out in a reasonable amount of sunshine but obviously take the normal precautions. When its hot here in the UK I am usually found sitting under cover but we all need the benefit of some exposure.
      
      Re the Hulda Clark kidney, liver then colon system, I think you will find that some folk on this site follow that system but my hubbie and I didn't do the kidney cleanse and only had a colonic at the very beginning because it becomes quite costly.
      
      When I mentioned following the correct system, I was referring to the days leading up to the flush and the procedure required on the day of the flush. If you search out Andreas Moritz (before his very sad passing)he made some you tube interviews and answered many questions on this site and wrote some books on the subject.
      
      Over the last 3 years I have had to do an awful lot of research mainly on 'Curezone' and tried different methods to help the problems that develop along the way. Doing the liver flush can only be considered a challenge and what I found is that most of the time when one of us hit a problem we usually had a feeling which approach we should take, especially after again looking into the forums on this site and seeing how others had coped with it.
      
      During these 3 years, we did use diatomaceous earth and bentonite - mainly to help any metals my hubby may have in his system and to clear any parasites which may be causing problems. Once again you need to research on this.

Home Remedy May Help Prevent Surgery in Some Patients with Gallstones

(North American Primary Care Research Group) Results of a study examining the efficacy of a traditional home remedy for inducing gallstone expulsion using lemon juice, olive oil, cascara sagrada and garlic/castile enemas suggested that this protocol has the potential to safely eliminate the need for gallstone surgery in a substantial percentage of patients.

Six patients with symptomatic cholelithiasis proven by ultrasound were included in the study. The subjects completed a three-day treatment protocol and collected gallstones recovered from the enema. All of the patients passed stones. No side effects were observed, except for mild nausea in one patient. Intermittent ultrasound monitoring was performed for three hours per day each day of the protocol.

A final ultrasound assessed the degree of clearing of cholelithiasis. Five of the patients were asymptomatic for follow-up periods ranging from two to 27 months; mild symptoms returned in one of these patients after three months. The patient who remained symptomatic underwent cholecystectomy about one month after the home-remedy protocol. One of the asymptomatic patients who passed all of her stones underwent cholecystectomy anyway under the advice of her surgeon. The investigators believe that, with modifications, this protocol could safely eliminate the need for surgery in many patients with cholelithiasis.—richard l. garrison, m.d., University of Texas Medical School, Houston.

Hello all !

Her is my story. Sorry for my english - i am from non-english speaking country. About 20 years i had very strong bad breath, fecal smell. It was not only in the morning, it was permanent. Even if i wash the mouth, after 3-5 minutes after having meal, i got bad breath that could kill cockroachs.

Nothing helped me: I tried Pilori, Candida treatment, 2years of vegetarian, liver flush.
I noticed that eliminating meat helps in breath, but not totally. Avoiding meat reduced only 20-30% of bad breath.

6 mounths ago i decided to flush liver again and readed the "The amazing liver and gallbladder flush" by Andreas Moritz.

So i understood my mistake - i did liver flush only once and did it without grapefruit and apple juice preparations;

I started with new instructions how it says in the book: drink fresh apple juice every day a week before the flush. MIx olive oil with grapefruit juice.

After first flush i got stones, but there was no improvements in odor.
After second flush i notice reducing bad breath for 3-5 days, but soon it became as usual.
After third flush i had about 2 weeks WITHOUT bar breath. BB came back after i started to eat beef.
now, After fourth flush i have 1 mouth without bad breath, and i decided completely to avoid heavy meat (beef, ham). I still eat chicken, fish.

as Andreas Moritz says you need 6 flushes to complete the procedure, so i need two more to do.

I am absolutely sure that deseases came from our mental problems (our reactions, traumatic memories in subconsciousness). You need to work hard to eliminate roots of diseases. Methods are: BSFF, New German Medecine (dr. hammer) and so on.

        Well, I:
        - don't use sugar, because it is a synthetic product, we already have many poisons in our food, there is no need to add another one.
        
        - In soups I add glove, seeds of dill, dill and parsley. Glove and seeds of dill have anti-paracite effect.
        
        - Regularly drink fresh grapefruit, fresh apple, fresh carrot juices. Fresh juices have great effect on BB.
        
        - I like boiled beet with garlic and prune.
        
        I notice again that problem in liver (in my case) is not the root cause of BB at all. I have read a lot of medecine books, visited many doctors - no one could help. So all my life exprerience bring me to:
        
        There was something that led to liver disfunction and weakness. Usually an angre related with liver.
        
        In childhood i was angry and selfish boy. Besides my parents fed me with pies, meat, sweets. I didn't like fruits and vegetables.
        
        Now, i work with my Ego (envy, angre, greed, offence, ..). Beacause our ego reactions drain a huge amount of our energy and blocking our ability to recall the past.
        
        "Recall Healing" says that our illnes is our inability to solve mental problems.
        
        Then you be able to remember (recall) the traumatic situation in you past, the ilness dissapear.

I'm a 22 year old man. Today I completed my second liver and gallbladder flush following Andreas Moritz's method. I cannot believe how good I feel right now. I feel like I used to feel on Christmas morning as a small child. The effects following my first flush were not as good as this. I actually felt worse after doing the first flush. The second flush produced much bigger stones (about 8 stones the size of a quarter) were ejected this time around, and BOY DO I FEEL GREAT!!!! I cannot believe I struggled with depression, anxiety, and low back pain at my age. The low back pain is still present since I actually physically injured my back, but the anxiety and depression has been lifted. I am certain if I continue with the flushes I can regain my health back. I just feel so great right now, I had to share with the world. Moral is that you shouldn't judge the liver flush after only flushing once or twice. Give it a few flushes and then judge this.

  Congratulations. I just did a liver flush. It wasn't very successful. I end up throwing up the olive oil mixture. Ugh.

rurichek thanks ! Yes, i have some body odor from anderarm. It much less than BB. In summer i need to wash it every day and сut hair. Liver flush had no effect on that odor.

i saw a youtube video of Moritz talking about very foul smelling stones and he said these caused bad odor throughout the body. very interesting.

That’s young isn’t it - but maybe ill health in the first place (like all of us here) brought him to the healing modalities. I suppose many of us would have been dead already without a liver flus ....
