        Slippery elm as a tea what I do is I mix it with boiling water and put a little cinnamon in it and it kind of tastes like hot chocolate it is very nourishing and it is a demucelent so it will help rehydrate the dehydrated cement like bits which you are passing. It actually has a very pleasant taste. Slightly sweet.
        
        The procedure would be to mix two teaspoons of slippery elm powder in a very small quantity of cold water to make a paste and then to fill the cup with boiling water and stir. If you mix slippery elm directly into boiling water it would be just like putting a tablespoon full of flour in your gravy and stirring it in and hoping for the best. Lumps!
        
        You can add milk or cream to this to taste.

      Hi how do you describe the symptoms you are talking about and also for the whole year of my experience with what ever I cant wrap my mind around my left outer ear on the little ball is a lession that has been written by doctors, numerous times as cellulitis and staph . And in this lession it wraps around my ear under the thick layer of skin and my old lady and I have fought with this thing I have numerous videos using microscopes I even have to go to go as far as purchasing the pimple dermasucker from the local shopping mart and extracting what it lookes like is round mucusy worms from under my skin of my face this thing is so smart Its like it knows my thoughts this lession area has not had the first sign of puss since the beginning as of staph would .if I was to touch the skin around my ear I could feel and here this guy coming to touch my finger I have went with no sleep for many of nights trying to understand and learn this horror movie just to relive the pressure. I were a bandana all day and this thing moves on and in my head all day literally hearing and feeling it but though it will be to late.oh.. and I've been sent to oceans facilities for a week

  Red blood visible in stool is most likely from much lower in the tract than the stomach. Still not good, but not as bad as blood from stomach. If you have dark blood in stool you should see a doc asap. You should probably consult a doctor about the blood.
  
  Hemorrhoids present as red blood.
  
  Gastritis can go along with gallstones.
  
  It can be difficult to tell the difference between gallbladder pain and gastritis.
  
  Hair falling out is associated with hypothyroid. Constipation and Gallstones are as well.

        Reflux is a sign of sibo. Think of it this way, you can have bacterial overgrowth migrate upwards from the large bowel going all the way to your mouth and even effecting your teeth. Don't take any probiotics as you can make the problem much worse. Hubner gastrointestinal gel can help. At first it can make you even more constipated so you need to take laxatives with it at first but once it starts to work it will normalise your stools and make your condition calm down. It won't cure you but it will help but over time the effects will diminish after treatment is finished. The thing is you should only take it for six weeks and then you need to take a break from it. All to often I read glowing reviews on Amazon about silica products but it's just not meant to be taken everyday.
        
        Any advice I give is purely educational and if you are worried then you can always contact a doctor. There are doctors in the health care system who treat people for sibo. However, my understanding is all to often many people treated with Antibiotics have their symptoms return later.
