Desperately need some advice. I am currently on day eight of my coconut Water Fast trying to heal my injured elbows and I got a warm sensation in my hand probably something with the nerve. I used to be athletic 2 years ago which was when I hurt my arm and just went down heal from there. Wasting money on everything to get better and doctors. Neurologist told me I have the symptoms of Someone with fibromyalgia but my test were negative. He has released a trigger points in my body but they just keep coming back. I don't know what else to do so I'm trying this Water Fast and I just want to know how long I should do it someone please help. I'm down for anything. I have a baby and it bothers me so bad to be in pain every time I hold her I'm a 23 year old male.

    Still having issues with skin rash/ Acne and swollen lymph nodes in jaw/neck/throat. The fatigue that never ends.
    
    Been working a very demanding job all year. Finally going on a holiday to Thailand, home of the drinking coconut. Plan to drink coconuts every day and get lots of massages. Doing a recon for some sort of detox/health retreat in Thailand that I can use for coconut fasting. If the perfect place doesn't exist, then I'm just going to create my own.
    
    Thermal springs and volcanic mud baths feels really appealing right now.

I was alternative day water fasting, suddenly on friday night i got really bad acid reflux, lasted all night got no sleep, woke up at 8, it started again, was my sisters wedding so i tried to keep strong and just got on with it, the reflux didnt stop, i felt so ill all day and i hate to think how bad my breath was even after mouthwash and toothpaste! anyways, got home still with all the acid reflux going on, no amount of food, or antacids helped nor did mil, had 1 litre of cocnut water and instantly it stopped, and i carried on drinking the water the next day and it has completly stopped it! Coconut water is truly amazing!!!!!
