Dear Soulful,
You and I must hail from a different time period where all was not so quickly available. Maybe you and I at one time in our lives had to actually get up off the couch and go over to the TV and change the channel. Yes, instant gratification is not all that it 'may' be cracked up to be.
>>>As per the effects of iodine, I have read too many messages, lately, that indicate an inability for folks to exercise patience and common sense with the results being disappointment and alarm.<<<
I have been missing these, I guess. I've been doing to much studying about
Iodine to prepare myself for the day I begin the therapy. (wink)
>>>I am all for personal responsibility where one's health is concerned, but I think that this is a rather "new" therapy ...<<<
Since this is new, as you say, that is all the more reason, in my book, for a cautious approach and a thorough understanding being had before ever embarking upon a path.
>>>...(yes, even though it's been studied by medical practitioners) and that I must err on the side of caution where my dosage is concerned. This should be a very personal decision and dictated by no one group of statistics. And, the decision should only be made after thorough research and proper supplemental preparation. If folks would do the research, ask the questions, and properly prepare, the posts would likely be much more encouraging to other newbies.<<<
Well, then, let me join you in your efforts.
>>>(sigh) But, we can't force common sense, can we? <<<
LOL, no... even geniuses are prone to lack this not so common sense.
>>>Best wishes!<<<
And to you!
