Ive been using the ML drink and have noticed some differences, such as reduction in post-excercise muscle pain and the muscle twitches Ive been having. Though none of this is what one would call dramatic.
Im starting to get frustrated with my useless body...
Anyway, isnt there something in the reaction between the weak acids of the ACV and lemon and the calcium hydroxide that makes it more bio-available? Im certain I read that on here previously.
Im having a lot of trouble finding reasonable, reliable and cheap sources of cal and mag. If not from supplements, it seems to be difficult to get the required amounts from foods directly. Esepecially since the big divide between Barefoots and MLs ideas on rock minerals. That has caused me the most confusion, though I know that for absorbtion of calcium EFAs are required and some traditional cultures have drunk rock minerals in water eg: milk of the mountains, and they are reputedly very healthy and have longevity.
One cannot doubt the kelp, molasses and acv or lemon in this case, as hospino has stated.
Though hasnt it also been seen that people will low magnesium have noticed that during the traditional
Liver-Flush w. epsom, they havent had the same level of laxative effect. Would this not indicate a greater absorbtion?
I truly hope that we can turn to syncretic discussion and not name calling and slagging on this forum. There needs to be more of us who can be objective and look at the evidence rather than desperately follow the dogma of our chosen heroes. And I suppose at the end we will follow the path we most identify with and will suffer any consequences of our own choosing!
