Yes I eat those dried split soy nuts too, actually I sprinkle them in miso soup at the office when in a pinch for dinner; add a few oats and some dulse and there we are.
No idea about the nutrition value, but they seem wholesome to me.
The bottom line is, anything processed or weird and my stomach bunches right up.
But the tummy seems fine with any soy thing. Go figure.
I happen to be hooked on Trader Joe fully cooked green edamame soy pods yum!
Also hooked on nattoh, but who can afford that? Also tempeh. Sigh.
Right now I am on a
parasite cleanse and eliminating ALL my favorite foods, so being soy pure will have to wait a little while. That doesn't mean the rest of you aren't right! I can easily believe you know more than I do. But the big big addictions will have to go first. Then I can work my way down the list and achieve Buddha nature.
