Having given up on tofu (even the hard type sauted with tasty food doesn't pass my throat Yakkkk! ) and also cannot drink Soymilk as it multiplies my weight (no thanks!)
I've recently found raw, unsalted tiny soybeans (as snack like nuts) that tasted ok.
QUESTION: Would you know the food value of those? Would eating 1 lb of that = x protein?
If you have a magic (& simple) hard-tofu recipe I'll try for the trillion time (as I'm finished with eat and fish is full of mercury & other toxins) I also appreciate
