Hello Doc,

I was going to wait until I had something really severe to come and ask you a question but I decided that there is something that has been bothering me for along time at least 4 years and I am hoping you maybe be the one to give me some good advice.

I am one of the people who have always gone to the bathroom every couple days until the past fews month after I got rid of the overgrowth of candida then it was mostly everyday but only once snd sometimes still every other day.

I started on your formula #1 and I have been taking 3 a night just before bed. I have been having bowel movements through out the day now!
Today I started the formula #2. By the way I have only taken 1 dose and feel like it kind of spead my body up. is this possible?
I guess I will know after a few more doses.

I also am taking your superfood for the first time and it seems to be giving me some energy. I am just in the beginning stages and not sure of all the benefits I maybe getting from it yet.

I did a few Liver Flushes from Dec-Feb this was something new to me and I did get stones out but I never got that wonderful full of energy feeling others experience from them, I actually got pretty sick for 2 weeks after 1 of the flushes.

I am going to be honest with you and tell you that I was not raised on MOST fruits and veggies we only ate the few my parents liked. which wasnt many.

So needless to say I do not have a very large appetite for them.
I do not crave them ever!
I am trying to eat more of them lately.
I am planning on checking into a juicer soon. I know this is a very good way for me to get them down.

While I am on the subject. How do you feel about the Vitamixer?

Well, in getting back to my question.

I have not been a very healthy person.Lots of strep throat when I was a kid.
Some I know self inflicted from the good old partying days.. well at the time I thought was good!!
I have CfS, HAD candida, HAD crypto fungus, I still have 4 of the 5 herpes viruses.

and my body was having to produce antibodies to the spirokette bacteria for many years (I just recently found out) until I used Threelac and Hydroxygen which I am now muscle testing this to be gone along with the candida.

I have also done the Dr Clark parasite cleanse in Dec-jan because I was told I had flukes.

After doing several of this things the past few months I do feel much better.
When going to my Chiropractor/alternative doctor my stomach,colon and liver/gallbladder and adrenals always show up weak but they are better then they where back in Oct.
( He said the superfood showed good for my adrenals,colon and liver..)
My lungs are also showing weak latley.( I do not smoke) he said it is probably some allergies.

I know my digestive system is a big problem for me. I have been trying to remember to take digestive enzymes with my meals.
My problem and my question:

I have had these puffy bags under my eyes for sometime now the left eye is the worst! In the morning they are also the worst after a nights sleep. Then they go down some what during the day but never completly. People tell me I look tired all the time even when I am not.
I feel kind of allergy like when they are really bad. This is something that started over 4 years ago and wont go away.
I have been told its my digestive system that it is sludge left over that my body doesnt break down. That it goes into the lymph glands.
I can tell sometimes what I eat in the evenings makes it worse.
I have also been told it could be my kidneys.
But I have not had any kidney problems.
I am worried about the lymph system because my grandmother died from lypmhomia cancer.

I know its not pollen or allergies like you get from the air its something within.
Even when I did a cleanse and did not eat for a few days it doesnt go away.

1. Do you know what maybe causing this?
2. If it is my lymph glands are all my lymph glands like this too?
3. Do you know of anything I can try to get rid of this?

Thank you in advance this is a very embarressing thing for me. I am only 39 and even though I am told I look like my 21 yr old twin daughter's sister. I can see where this has aged me alot!!!
I looked haggard most of the time.
