Hmmm, I get the feeling that all of these tie in together somewhat and may be your subconscious still working through some things that have happened recently. In the first, your feet and toes are how you move down your path, how you "take a stand" in life, etc. That a child (your inner child) was biting your foot/toe may mean that there's a part of you that wishes something that's recently been irrevocably done could still be undone. (Like little children try to scoop up spilled milk and put it back in the glass type thing.) Since the child was biting harder and harder, really getting your attention and *hurting* could indicate that you are feeling anxious or afraid of moving forward down your path, like your self-esteem has been hit and you're hesitant of moving forward, of taking those next steps. A part of you would rather things were the way they had been, but the rest of you knows you can't go back and need to keep going forward through the pain. (?)

The whole time, your "family" (the collected *you*) is just ignoring that kid biting your feet, literally taking your feet/balance out from under you. Do you feel like your feelings and your needs have been ignored or that maybe you put your needs aside for someone else?

I usually think of black as power, mystery, the force of the feminine, subconscious, cosmic unknown knowing. However, in this dream, it 'feels' like the more typical negative connotations, fear, anxiety, resentment, all that stuff seems to fit better. The purple holes are intriguing, though. Since purple is a deeply spiritual color with lots of noble, regal, or authoritative overlays - do you feel like maybe your spiritual journey has been injured due to recent events, like maybe you haven't been able to pay as close attention to your spiritual side or someone or something has put "holes" in it, made it so that walking your spiritual path right now is hard because of working through something that's recently happened? Like the guidance you normally get from your spirituality has taken on a few 'holes'? If so, they're just little holes, child teeth, they'll heal quickly and you'll be back on your path soon. =)

The section with your brother can either be directly about him, since you obviously love him deeply, or another reflection of the above. Actually, either way, it could tie in with the above. Perhaps you feel you're watching your brother's foundations fall apart and the emotional walls he's throwing up are inconsistent and you feel limited in what you can do to help? Another emotional spilled milk circumstance that you can't undo, but you still want to? Or, he is representing your male side and it is *your* support you feel crumbling and your emotional walls that don't quite seem to fit together well right now.

The ex-boyfriend may be pretty much what it seems on the surface. That he stole for (meaning "from") you and yet actually buys (extends from himself) for someone else. Was there a sense of unfulfilled neediness in the relationship? Like one needed and took more than they shared or gave? Maybe you held a high image of him or belief in him that he later proved not quite to fit? The whole feel seems to be sorrowful, confused, very emotional (you say you weren't sure about it.) It really feels to me like it's your emotional responses being worked out in dream time so that you can get back "on your feet" very soon.

Hope this rings some bells with you. My overall feel from it is that you have an excellent, healthy and generous subconscious working overtime to reconnect you back to your spiritual source. =)

Peachy did suuuch a great job of interpreting your dream, I can't add a thing!

But here are a couple of transits that are happening right now which should be encouraging! Definitely the right thing to do. Your Spiritual Values are changing (Pluto conjunct your Neptune) and your boyfriend wasn't growing and transforming WITH you (Pluto square Venus)....so it's a very positive move that the two of you have split so that your energy can go into all the amazing things the Universe has to offer you and you have to offer the Universe!

Uranus in Pisces is now trining your Sun. You would have begun to feel this back in March 2003...through the summer. Then the feeling may have gone away a bit..but then came back full force January and February 2004. This is YOU realizing that, woah, you're a bit oppressed somehow and you really have to get out and be YOU, be FREE!
