You've already been given some good suggestions. Yes, begin grinding and eating
your own golden flaxseed. Use virgin coconut
oil instead of those toxic supermarket oils.
Drink LOTS of pure water, preferably home-distilled. All by itself, pure water will
flush out many toxins.
You say you've never eaten fish. I suggest
you try some canned Alaska salmon, as well
as Norwegian sardines. Both are delicious,
and both are full of nutrients that your
body needs. Eat as little meat as possible.
I would also add these two simple and inexpensive foods to your daily diet, One is
a dried seaweed called Dulse Flakes. Put
the flakes in a jar, and eat 3/4ths of a
teaspoonful every day. Mix it into juice,
or add it to salad.
The other food I highly recommend is bee
pollen. Both seaweed and bee pollen are
complete foods. They both contain every
vitamin and nutrient your body needs,
including the
Iodine that your glands need.
