Sometimes it takes a bit of negotiating to get this right. :)
1. How much psyllium /
Bentonite do you take, 1 teasp. 1 tablesp. 2 tablesp.?
2. What is your diet? anything made with flour will constipate, rice too.
3. If you replace 1 meal a day with raw, organic freshly made vege juice, your bowels will appriciate it; I add 2 raw organic eggs and about 1 ounce of whey protein powder and 1/8 of a teasp. cayenne pepper and about half the quantity of water to the juice. Even a cheap juicer is worth it.
4. Herbal laxatives are always safe.
5. A
coffee enema will get immediate results. I take 2 level tablesp. of coffee (organic if you can) and 2
quarts of boiling water, let simmer a few minutes, strain. I do this in the bath tub on my back, no sweat at all, hold the enema for about 10 minutes. I have done this twice dailly for about a year and a half. Trust me it IS SAFE, I have researched this procedure very carefully. I am almost 70 with LOADS of 'old stuff' in my gut. I have released more than 200 feet of very old ropes and candida tangles, sunds impossiblelL? yes, but it is true.
6. With 2 shakes made of 2 level tablsp. of psyllium/bentonite you should have 2 bms daily, if not you are making things much worse. Let me know how it goes.
7. Another routine is to buy a colon cleansing formula. I occasionally use them while I am on this cleanse, but what really does the job is the p/b shakes. Good luck and let me know how it goes. Giz.
