The Protein Shake
8
oz Vanilla Rice Milk, or plain rice milk and add Vanilla extract
1 tablespoon flax seed oil (or other EFA oil mix like Udo's Prime)
1 tablespoon lecithin (see if you can find the powdered kind, it mixes up better than the granules.)
1 tsp cinamon
1 pill of digestive enzymes.
1-2 raw organic free-range eggs.
Use a shaker cup rather than a blender, or one of those hand-held blenders, preferably over regular blender.
If you want to gain weight or need to rebuild after a fast or illness or other cleanse, then make almond milk:
take 10 raw almonds and soak overnight in good water. This releases enzymes as the almond tries to sprout. TAke off the shells.
Either drain and add to the above protein drink and blend, OR blend the almonds with fresh water or milk, or just eat the almonds with a bit of oil. :)
why this drink is good for you:
Raw eggs are the most bio-available source of totally complete protein there are. Great source of Vitamin A and D, both essential fat-soluble vitamins. There is fat in the drink which makes them more available and absorbable. Eggs are high in lecithin, but we add lecithin because it's tough to get enough.
Lecithin is a super-food. It cleanses the liver, gallbladder, and is a phospholipid, a compound that makes up most every cell in yoru body.
The rice milk is an acceptable substitute for dead food pastuerized, homogonized milk, which unfortunately is turned into a real killer by these processes, and is very mucous forming.
The EFA oils give all the good things that EFA oils do - Google this and see how important they are.
For proper energy, you need protein, oils and carbs all at once because that's how the Kreb's Cycle works. This drink has all that and the things the liver needs in order to perform the Kreb's Cycle. It cleanses the liver and helps the body rebuild tissues.

Berry Smoothie
A refreshing alternative to the Protein Shake:

oz. of plain whole milk yogurt, kefir or coconut milk/cream
1-2 raw high omega-3 whole eggs, extra egg yolks optional
1 Tbsp. of extra virgin coconut oil
1 Tbsp. of flaxseed or hempseed oil
1-2 Tbsps. raw honey
1-2 cups of fresh or frozen berries
Toss together in blender and frappe!
