I was hoping to contact you and ask for more information on EBV and hear how you and your wife are now. I believe I have unknowingly suffered the wrath of EBV and have just found your post on EBV through someone else promoting your antiviral combination. It would be great if I could private message with you. Only if that suited you of course. Until then, I will keep eating well (no gluten, wheat, dairy etc); try your antiviral suggestions and maintain a lifestyle limited in stress. Thanks for all the posts from years ago. Your symptoms are not specific to any one thing. And there are still other possibilities such as hyperparathyroidism that leads to hypercalcemia that can also cause a lot of symptoms.

I've had the standard blood work by my physician but nothing's come back as unusual. My doctor has actually given me a couple blood tests this last year due to me constantly nagging her. Both of these virii can cause chronic systemic infection, effect the liver and cause fatigue and many other symptoms. You should heed my advice and deal with these viral infections head on.
Herp Eeze is not just for HSV1 (oral herpes) but addresses EBV infection as well. Lysine can be taken separately as well as Sambucol and 2,000 mg vitamin C three times daily.
Both my wife and I improved dramatically in just several days with these things. But we were aggressive and consistent with our treatment as described in a previous post in this discussion thread.
We were quite surprised at just how quickly we improved after we slowed the virii and enhanced our immune systems. This was after longstanding illness of many years without any significant resolution or relief.
We took 3 caps of Herp Eeze 3 times daily 1 hr before meals; initially, we also took 1,000 mg of additional lysine and 2,000 mg of vitamin C at the same time as our doses of Herp Eeze. Sambucol 3-4 times daily was also taken. Our recurring fevers and fatigue subsided quickly as did other symptoms.
I think you will be very impressed with the result of addressing your viral infections.

No. Herpes simplex type 1 (HSV 1) is oral herpes, herpes simplex type 2 (HSV 2) is genital herpes, and Epstein Barre' Virus (EBV) is a different virus than both HSV 1 and 2. There are about 8 different human herpes viruses.

If there is an active infection then there should be an elevation of white blood cell counts.
My doctor has actually given me a couple blood tests this last year due to me constantly nagging her. I've looked into hyperparathyroidism and hypercalcemia. I thought I read that there wasn't a cure for hyperparathyroidism which wasn't good news.
They normally do surgery to remove part of the parathyroids. Although the problem can often be corrected through vitamin D supplementation. Supporting the liver and adrenals can also help since these organs are required for the conversion of vitamin D to its active form.

4- Sambucol Anti viral, Elderberry Extract double dose taken 4 times daily before meals by 1 hour. 3 months
5- Milk Thistle Thisylin brand 3 capsules x 3 x daily. 3 months
6- Three caps of Herpe Eze x 3 times daily before meals. 3 months
7- Heathy diet with no junk food, all organic vegetables.
8- Suntan daily 30 minutes.
I just compiled this as a service to others as i felt it is a very practicalprogram that worked well. By the way i had Chrinic Fatigue Syndrome for twenty years, but now 95% cured. I still have some EBV remaining and will use the above program to kill it off.

On question: It states, for example, 1000 mg Lysine tablets first month, 1000 mg Vitamin C first month.
After the first month, what are the doses? And for how long should one be on this program?
