It sounds as if your skin is affected by something. My guess is your skin reacts to something in your environment or to something you eat or to your hormones.
While dairy and gluten are actually very common triggers, the list is far from being complete.

How to figure out if it is your diet?
Easy. You may get an answer within 48-72 hours.
Go on a few days water fasting, drinking very clean water for a few days, no food.
Do an enema when you start fasting to get everything out from your system.
If it is just food you are reacting to, your skin will clear within a 3-4 days of living on water only. Go to a water forum and read.
