Sorry for the delay in responding.
I think when I realized I had them in 2012 I had almost everyone but I'm sure that is exaggerating.
Short list: Brown tapes, pork tapes, miniture tapes from fish, 5 different ascarids, pin worms, liver flukes, thread worms (still in my left eye)lung flukes, filaria, strongoloids and a funny looking jelly fish thing I could not identify.
The strongoloids have plugged up my lymph system so I take a lot of niacin, folate, and colostrum to cause the eggs to hatch and then whack them with Ivermectin.
I know there are some people who work to keep the eggs and larvae encysted but I just can't believe that is beneficial. I don't believe any of the different
parasites are gone. I think I have just beat them down until I can't notice them as much right now. I have lots of little pea sized bumps under the skin which I assume are encysted parasites. I hate to think about how many are in my organs. They are slowly disappearing.
My liver remains huge even with flushes. I eat clean and don't use alcohol. I have also eliminated all the liver contaminants Dr. Clark refers to. Hard to believe the liver panel kept coming back fine but it did.
I stopped going to DXs because they are obviously only interested in the things that make them big money.
So with inspiration from other posters I have decided that working for better health is just as important if not more than killing parasites.
The stongoloids have already eaten away most of the discs in my back and neck so I am limited in the exercise I can do.
Thanks to the
parasites I also have Mastocytosis which limits what I can eat. I also have adrenal fatigue, enlarged goitered thyroid, flares of arthritus, fungus, and hypothalamus dysfunction.
So everything I do is a trade off. I zap every day for at least 8 hours. It doesn't kill everything but I know it at least kills the viruses and bacteria that the
parasites are using to protect themselves.
I just can't take Albendazole because it seems to paralyze every organ in my digestive track.
The supplements I take (if I remember) are 3 Probiotic capsules. I use garden of life ultra. Graden of life deigestive enzymes. Calcium Malate(wD3) and Magnesium Malate,K2, Serrapeptase, B100 complex, acetyl folate, niacinimide, B-1, B-2, B-5, P-5-P, B-9, B12, bioperene, Gaba, Theanine, vegetarian Omega-3, Vit E, NAC, Carnitine, Alpha Lipoic, hyaluronic acid, bromalein, ginger, Slippery elm, Iodoral, MSM, Ester C, Curcumin......adding more all the time.
Needless to say this got complicated. I had to put together a spread sheet in excel in order to keep track of it all. I don't take everything every day because this would overwhelm my poor liver. Many of the supplements you can't take together. Like MSM and Ester C. You'll get the worst stomach ache you ever had. You shouldn't take Vit C with foods containing iron because the C holds the iron in your liver. All this is the reason for the spreadsheet.
I don't know that it will or does work although I do feel a little better and can at least sleep now.
I use the same approach for my dogs and they now act like puppies although I don't give them all the same stuff.
Of all the stuff I take the most helpful has been the Serrapeptase and Gaba.
No one is the same. You just have to start adding things as you think you need. I advise you to read at least 3 websites about the supplement before you take it. The seller basically tells you nothing.
When I first started taking Colostrum the Livestrong web site says to take 30 Grams every day for a month. After 3 days I was in a near coma. Slept 24 hours a day. So I now take 1 gram a day. But it is wonderful for waking up the digestive trac. After about a week i could actually feel it for the first time in 30 years. I can't feel it all yet but it gets better every day.
I also take
H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) (hydrogen peroxide) when I can remember.
Like I said. Start with the basics like B complex and just add as you see fit. mattk3 has a good list he posted that may help you get started.
I would rather die fighting than just let the parasites finish me off.
