I'm so sorry to read this message. Please know that there is still a good life waiting for you. This is not the end of the road. There is a cure and you can still live a healthy, active, and self-conscious-free life.

Let me say this: your body craves the foods that you give it on a regular basis. The foods that we love now are typically the foods that we ate as kids and developed an early emotional attachment to.

However, I know that what foods you crave can be changed, and it doesn't take that long to do it. Believe it or not, there is nothing I would rather eat more than a big kale salad for lunch at mid-day. Of course, it hasn't always been that way, and I used to love junk food as much as the next person.

You can absolutely learn to love foods that are good for you and will help you in your battle against persistent Body Odor . I am a living testament to that as I have cured myself and remain Body Odor free to this day.

If you don't give it a real shot, you'll never know. In the meantime, try to figure out why you are choosing to believe otherwise. What is creating the block for you? Do you think that getting healthier and eating differently is going to be too much work? Do you think that adopting a new diet is going to run all the fun out of your life? These are just excuses, my friend, and I can assure you that really focusing your energy on getting well is the most feel-good decision you will ever make. Yes, being healthy and eating right actually feels good, in a way that you can't understand until you've actually gotten there.

If the pain of living with Body Odor eventually outweighs the pain of considering a change of diet, then you'll make the change. I have no doubts about it. What I hear is that you'd rather be dead than eat something different. And that's a real shame, because I know you're strong enough, capable enough, and intelligent enough to make the right choice. Just don't let yourself hold yourself back anymore. Life is waiting for you.

I feel you. i had this probably for almost 2 decades and each year it gets worst. Why me? what have I done to deserve this? why do other people eat whatever they want but dont smell? but when i eat i smell terrible. and your right this does feel like hell. oh this mornin i got detain by the police cause i smell so bad. you think you have problems i got arrested cause i stink!? god this is a living hell. anyway just HANG IN THERE. theres is a GOD but seems he doesnt care about us.

I feel the same way as you depressedstressedgal, feel like I'm being punished for something. With this condition there is one thing I turn to; food as people aren't there for me and I can't imagine going without the foods I love to please these people around me who never cared anyway I'm kind of bitter, but I haven't gotten around to the diet yet, perhaps I need to change my environment and break the cycle of addiction. I also wanted to die too many times to count but due to my religious beliefs I'll wait until God decides my time is up. Yes life is hell with this, but we can gradually train our bodies to like healthy food like a vegan lifestyles, there are many people living that way. I just wish I knew if a diet would help my case or not I'm not sure but I think in most cases it will.

Some real bad Body Odor s have been the result of a liver enzyme issue. Can you have a doctor test your liver enzymes? Not trying to trivialize anything but this can be a relatively easy fix if that is the issue. TRY IT. (And take some body spray with you everywhere you go) Research liver enzymes and Body Odor . If you can't afford a doctor, go to a county clinic or try to research liver enzymes and start taking a supplement. Good luck. Everything happens for a reason and you have a lot to live for.

I would liver flush, if you haven't already?

Getting rid of old decaying junk is the best method for removing odors from the body.

I have done nothing better than to improve my health quickly - then liver flush.
