I agree, there is no need to buy supplements because our minerals etc. are in our foods.
The salt in saline solution discourages bacteria because the salt composition is similar to that of the body, it causes less tissue damage than you would get from pure water.
Technically, a saline solution results whenever you mix any salt with water. However, the easiest saline solution consists of sodium chloride (table salt) in water.
We are put on a drip when necessary entering an hospital.
So to say that one must have low salt content is a misnomer.
Too much of anything is bad to ingest and purchasing a BP monitor can be a life-saver to monitor the food one eats.
I have found a way to detect foods that either raise your BP or lower it by using a monitor.
I have been using that method for ten years after having an heart attack and I've been a lot healthier since.
Even so, that video opens one's eyes to have a good look at what we are told by the health authorities and teach ourselves what the correct way to keep us alive.
