Full On Crisis at Day 57!!

Hoo baby! This is what happened...
In our last exciting episode, I did a colonic and switched to juices back on day 48. The colonic was very productive, and stirred up A LOT of old, stuck garbage which I have been flushing flushing flushing all week with lots and lots of juices. I would consider this to be a VERY productive week, as of course my main goal is intestinal cleansing. I have flushed bunches of rocks (they look just like rocks, but most of them float, some with mucous tails, some formed around what looks like antique parasites... very alien stuff!)-- strings of old mucous, cloud-like material Gloria tells me is lymph related... copious amounts of antique garbage.
Along with this I have had a low-grade crisis, light headaches on and off, slightly low from time to time, face breakout (nothing like before, but more than I would like)...
ANYHOW, this morning I got up, felt pretty awful, drank a glass of OJ, glass of water and went straight back to bed! I had a full on fasting crisis going, classic you-got-the-flu stuff, nasty headache, lots of diarrhea (a good thing), achy joints EVERYWHERE, chills, nausea, super weakness... In short, flat in bed until about 3:30 this afternoon when I started coming out of it!
I am weak, I am humble, but I am definitely coming around. Drinking more OJ, more water, flying low!
And THIS, boys and girls, is WHY I am doing what I am doing. If you have the kind of trash inside that I have been carrying for lo these many years... and it breaks loose while your immune system is low and there is, say, a vile virus in town like we had the end of December-- I got that baby and was still herking semi-solid mucous out of my lungs when I started the fruits and veggies in... what was it? April! I STILL was flushing major mucous through most of the MC, and got another load with this crisis, and I haven't seen mucous in weeks!
I made a major error last year, not getting back to the Master-Cleanse at 6 months. I will not let tis happen again this year! I definitely will do another major cleanse in January!!
I am very interested to see why my 59 day colonic will be like on Monday!

I read somewhere that it takes one month to heal each year of bad habits. I certainly think the major, long term cleanse you have undergone would speed that process up somewhat, but it is an amazing concept, nonetheless.
Glad you are feeling better and I can't wait for the news after your Monday colonic!

This is a reply to # 216,692Wow Somer, I'm glad you're feeling better now!
It sounds like those might be liver stones that you are passing. Sallybb passed them spontaneously while doing the Master-Cleanse a few months back. Have you seen the pictures here? Do they look like that? What color are they?
Sorry so many questions....
It is pretty common for there to be parasites embedded in the stones as well. The diarrhea very well could have been stagnant bile being released which would explain the nausea as well.
What do you think? Could that be it?

This is a reply to # 216,706I don't think these are from the liver. I have been cleansing my colon for so long, I am very familiar with these particular rocks. They are part of the archaeological dig I carry around in my gutsie wutses! I have seen them cruising through the colonic tube many times.
Which is not to say that this crisis was not liver related. I surely was nauseated... as I was with my kidney crisis, but this was different... the diarrhea certainly could have contained bile. But these rocks I think are from "the dig". They are your basic brown, and tend to be soft like little turd-ettes. I have dissected them with my trusty disposable plastic fork and don't find them to be like calcifications, but rather like old waste that has glommed onto something like a chunk of old mucous or a parasite. These little gems are embedded in the cement-like coating of mucous that sandwiches each layer. How many layers? GOOD question! Bunches I would say, 2.5 years into "the dig".
Pretty darn horrible! I want it OUT, OUT I tell you!
It is unusual to pass so many rocks outside of a colonic. My colonics can be almost a solid parade of rocks, but I'd say the good old MC, colonic, juice combo is reeeeeeely cutting some stuff loose! Rrrrray!

Thanks for sharing your experience (now yesterday). Hope that you feel wonderful today. I had that mother-of-all-viruses in early June - I has no idea a body could produce so much mucus (any colored sputum from the lungs and sinuses) and feel so bad for so long. Took me three weeks to recover from that one - WHEW. Ridding myself of any remainer of and/or effects of that is one of the reasons that I embarked on this fast.
My last Master-Cleanse with the gang here was concurrent with sallybb's fast. Has she posted anywhere recently or does anyone know how she is doing?

MUCOUS! Yes, that was one nasty virus. 5months for me! I still get an occasional wad! A great inspiration to cleanse cleanse cleanse!
And I feel good today... humble, but good! Just run over by a small freight train yesterday...

In the bowel cleaning section I read something about when all that rotten stuff comes loose it can stir up free radicals. Free radicals, I know it sounds like some kind of 60's movement but they are considered dangerous and have high links to cancer. Here is a cut and paste section from an article by a Naturopath. The link for the full article is below.
Antioxidants—As the intestines begin to purge themselves of old matter and mucoid plaque, large amounts of toxins and free radicals are released. It is prudent to take an antioxidant formula while doing the Colon Cleanse to help your system clean up these released toxins. Good antioxidants to include are milk thistle, curcumin (from turmeric), Ginkgo biloba, grape seed extract, pine bark extract, vitamins C, E, and B6, bioflavonoids, lipoic acid, coenzyme Q10, zinc, and chromium.
Another great antioxidant is lycopene, derived from tomatoes.
Another thought about diet is to add the… Dr.Budwig diet (cottage cheese with flax seed oil) can improve bowel condition - cleanse bowel and liver.

Hope I don’t sound like a know-it-all? It’s just that I think I have some of the same problems and I guess I’m reading and learning soooo much stuff from curezone that I want to share.
