Thanks for sharing your experience (now yesterday). Hope that you feel wonderful today. I had that mother-of-all-viruses in early June - I has no idea a body could produce so much mucus (any colored sputum from the lungs and sinuses) and feel so bad for so long. Took me three weeks to recover from that one - WHEW. Ridding myself of any remainer of and/or effects of that is one of the reasons that I embarked on this fast.

My last Master-Cleanse with the gang here was concurrent with sallybb's fast. Has she posted anywhere recently or does anyone know how she is doing?
